How to withdraw from an eligible distance contract.
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. Statutory exceptions and the condition of the returned part still apply.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement.
For an eligible distance contract, notify Rebodykit within 14 days after receiving the goods. Send the order number, customer name, goods concerned and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract.

Return condition
Protect the part while deciding.
The consumer may inspect goods as they would in a shop, but may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Painted, drilled, cut, trimmed or installed parts cannot ordinarily be returned as unchanged goods. Clearly personalised or made-to-order goods may be excluded from the withdrawal right.
