A return is much easier to resolve while the component remains unpainted, untrimmed and uninstalled.
Withdrawal
Fourteen days for eligible distance purchases.
For eligible online purchases, a consumer may notify withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods. Return instructions and the withdrawal form are available on the Right of withdrawal page.

Painted or modified parts
Do not paint before fitment is confirmed.
Painted, drilled, cut, trimmed or installed parts are not accepted as ordinary change-of-mind returns. A part painted or otherwise made to the customer’s specification is usually treated as personalised and may fall outside the 14-day withdrawal right. This does not remove statutory rights where goods are defective or not as agreed.
